CHEMICAL CLEANING AND PASSIVATION
Chemical Cleaning: We provide chemical cleaning services to clean various deposits in heating and cooling systems, as well as in pipelines caused by the use of hard water and incorrect chemicals.
Passivation: Sometimes, various pollutions occur in the pipelines of steam boilers, cooling towers, and similar equipment during the production of system equipment or the assembly of the system in newly opened factories.
In order to remove these impurities from the system, the washing and cleaning process required depending on the degree of pollution is called PASSIVATION or PRE-WASH.
After the system is examined in detail, it will be decided what kind of cleaning process should be done. During this examination, the degree of pollution in the system and the metal types in the system are taken into consideration.
Resin Washing Chemical: It is a liquid product developed to clean iron ions held by water softening resins and organic and inorganic impurities formed in the resin bed. Since it has a pH value close to neutral, it is possible to clean the resins in the column without removing them.
Activated Carbon Regeneration: It is possible to reuse the polluted and non-adsorption activated carbon minerals by regenerating them with special chemicals. The activation rate is 95 – 98%. Thanks to the regeneration process, it is possible to achieve significant savings.
